What we're looking for

Currently we are going through a massive technical change transformation here at Investec W&IN, as a result we have a huge number of moving parts and divisions interfacing with each other. We need an administration assistant to come join us over the next 6 months (a particularly busy period) to help keep everything moving and ordered!

Your role 

  • You will undertake a variety of secretarial duties as specified by the Project Leadership Team
  • This includes extensive diary management, organising travel arrangements with itineraries and preparation of Powerpoint / Visio presentations.
  • Daily and extensive liaison with stakeholders across the Investec group.
  • Investigate where relevant ad hoc queries on behalf of the team leaders and respond accordingly
  • Assist in preparation of meeting agendas/compilation of related meeting packs
  • Minute taking at various meetings
  • Timely production of correspondence and any other documents required by the team
  • Events organisation and coordination
  • General administration duties to support the team

What you bring to the table

  • Experience within internal corporate/blue chip environments; Financial Services is an advantage 
  • Confident telephone manner
