The Role:

We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to join the HR team on a temporary, 12 month fixed-term contract. The EA will provide support to the Chief HR Officer as well as providing lighter touch support (diary and travel) for one or two other members of the HR Leadership team

Alongside the other executive EAs, the individual will provide holiday cover support to other members of the executive committee, as required

This is a busy and fast paced executive team and requires someone flexible and discreet, with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with the wider team

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide a comprehensive secretarial, project and administrative support to the Chief HR Officer, ensuring all company and regulatory guidelines are adhered to
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • TO provide lighter touch support (diary and travel) to one or two other members of the HR Leadership Team, working collaboratively with the other PAs in the HR team

You will have:

  • Significant experience of providing comprehensive support at executive committee level in a listed company environment
  • Experience of communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Experience of working under pressure, using own initiative and with minimal supervision
  • Experience of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
  • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programmes and software at pace
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and discretion
  • Friendly, professional and collaborative way of working
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
