As the HR Services Contact Centre Administrator you will be the first point of contact for employee queries via phone and email regarding any HR Services topics, ensuring that responses are detailed, accurate and answered in line with SLA’s for all UK entities. You will track queries within the ticketing system and forward complex employee inquiries with regards to Payroll, Benefits or Data management to back office specialists when in depth functional knowledge is required. You will complete HR related requests with focus on personal administration e.g creating certificates, sending payslips, references, maintaining employee personnel and job related data, archiving data/employee files to name a few. By using SAP workflows to process employee job related changes including loading new starters & creating their contracts, leavers letters, promotion letters and working time changes you will ensure all data is accurately maintained and processed in a timely manner in accordance with the SLA.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Strong Practical experience in the field of HR
  • Good analytical skills and organized in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details, precision oriented
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Knowledge of SAP HR desirable
  • Knowledge of BMW HR processes, policies, instruments and systems
  • Experience of working cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently and able to adopt a proactive approach
