Salary: £18,000 base + £7,200 bonus (40%)

It is an exciting time to be joining our expanding Advanced Solutions Teams in our Warrington Office. We are looking for two Customer Success Managers who will responsible for supporting our customers, ensuring they are maximising their cloud investments and developing new sales opportunities.

Job Purpose:

To be the first point of contact for Tech Data customers portraying a professional and confident manner that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. The Sales Person will build and maintain an active customer base and develop new sales opportunities to achieve the sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
  • Build Excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement
  • Plan outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunities
  • Active in bound selling
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in Tech Data’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
  • Ensure Tech Data maintains service levels agreements with customers
  • Sell the benefits of using Tech Data and the Company value proposition
  • Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, this may be in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.

What we require:

We are looking for looking for individuals who are able to build relationships and trust with our customers. Offering a high level of customer service you will also have a good eye for detail and the ability to plan and priority manage. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal will be essential.

We require a minimum of 2 years working experience. Although it would be beneficial, this does not need to be within a sales environment. We would however like you to be able to demonstrate your understanding of the “sales process”. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is a must but any previous experience of IT systems for quotations, order entry or CRM's would be extremely desirable.
