Overview

Joining our Project Management team, you will become involved in the entire life cycle of buildings. You will follow a training programme aligned to a relevant Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. This programme is non-rotational, but you will have plenty of opportunities to build up broad experience across the whole department.

What to expect

From day one, there will be a lot of variety. You will experience everything from project meetings to contract administration and will help to win new projects. Support and training will be ongoing, and we will do all we can to ensure you gain the experience you need to obtain your APC qualification.

Eligibility

You’ll need to be on course to achieve a 2.1 in a specific accredited degree, or already hold a 2.1. A good eye for detail is important too, as is the readiness to get involved in whatever project comes your way.
