Our Team The Account Control Team – Administration (ACT Admin) is responsible for the opening and ongoing maintenance of Private Banking Accounts across multiple EMEA platforms and ensuring compliance with local regulatory static data requirements Position Description:

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require proficiency to be gained in various processes and liaison with internal stakeholders. The main responsibilities will be to update, maintain and process clients’ documentation using in-house systems and to deal with queries related to systems, documentation and client information.

Expected Skills

  • Relevant Degree/Qualification and/or relevant commercial experience
  • Experience in financial services industry and interest in Wealth Management
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills - methodical, process driven
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office package (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
