INBOUND explores what it takes to create meaningful human connection at work, in life, and in the spaces where the two overlap through an annual event each year as well as our media platform ‘The INBOUND Studio’, an ongoing collection of series, featuring short interviews with remarkable people from across the worlds of pop culture, business, philanthropy, and academia.

We’re looking for a co-op excited to help the INBOUND Content manage the 250+ speakers we’ll have joining us at INBOUND 2020 this fall as well as the online INBOUND Studio community and social media efforts.

Each year INBOUND celebrates the helpful, human side of doing business, bringing together thousands (24k+ in 2018) of the world’s leading business-minded professionals for a week of learning, inspiration and networking. The INBOUND Studio is the next step in growing the INBOUND brand globally and that content to life for millions around the world and we’re looking for someone excited to join beginning of something big.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate college program (this is a student internship opportunity)
  • Availability to work in a full-time capacity in Cambridge, MA from January-June 2020

What are we looking for?

  • Ambition and drive, motivated to hit and exceed goals
  • Someone active on social and keen on trends that we can learn from and experiment with.
  • Someone who cares about content, what’s current, latest trends and formats
  • Organization and project management skills
  • Strong "Use Good Judgement" quotient -- can make judgements on appropriate content and ways to engage with our community on social
  • Must be flexible (must be able to flex his or her style)
  • Able to form positive working relationships within the team, and with other teams in the organization

What will it entail?

  • Support management of all 300+ speakers and their applications/presentations at INBOUND.
  • Work with breakout content manager to review speaker content for INBOUND 2019 and make sure that our lineup is diverse and representative of the most relevant and cutting edge ideas in business
  • Work with talent manager to manage our mainstage speakers and capitalize on how the INBOUND brand works with these well known figures
  • Act as a liaison between speakers, vendors and other key internal stakeholders in the lead up to INBOUND 2019 and onsite at the event
  • Data analysis of speaker reviews following INBOUND 2019
  • Support efforts to grow INBOUND Studio views, followers and overall social media reach

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social channels
  • Possess strong project management skills
  • Be a prolific content consumer - is on the pulse of what’s trending
  • Be an analytical mind who thinks process and scale
