In this role, you have the opportunity to
Roll out a communication plan for the introduction of a new way of working that will affect the IGT Systems Business Unit (>600 persons, located on multiple sites). You will be part of a project team (>10 persons) and will work closely with the leads of the different project workstreams. Based on the information need, you will develop the suitable communication material to inform the organization on the change that is coming their way.

You will be part of the Business Unit Image Guided Therapy (IGT) systems within Philips Healthcare. This Business Unit is responsible for marketing, service, development and manufacturing of IGT systems used in the area of cardiac and vascular medical diagnosis and intervention. The customers are hospitals and their medical specialists. You have more than 4 colleagues and you are a team member in the PTC Windchill project team that is responsible for rolling out the PTC Windchill application.
You will be working at our large manufacturing plant in Best.
