In this role, you have the opportunity to

Roll out a communication plan for the introduction of a new way of working that will affect the IGT Systems Business Unit (>600 persons, located on multiple sites). You will be part of a project team (>10 persons) and will work closely with the leads of the different project workstreams. Based on the information need, you will develop the suitable communication material to inform the organization on the change that is coming their way.

You are responsible for

  • Roll out the overall communication plan with the project manager.
  • Creating the deliverables as described in the communication plan; ensuring that the project team, work streams and main stakeholders are aligned
  • Measure effectiveness/quantify how the change information is received by the business, and change approach if needed

You are a part of

You will be part of the Business Unit Image Guided Therapy (IGT) systems within Philips Healthcare. This Business Unit is responsible for marketing, service, development and manufacturing of IGT systems used in the area of cardiac and vascular medical diagnosis and intervention. The customers are hospitals and their medical specialists. You have more than 4 colleagues and you are a team member in the PTC Windchill project team that is responsible for rolling out the PTC Windchill application.

You will be working at our large manufacturing plant in Best.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your University Bachelor/Master in Sciences in: Business Administration, Marketing Communication or Communication
  • Are fluent in oral and written English
  • Possess the ability to communicate abstract concepts
  • Good communication skills and ability and understanding to communicate with other functions
  • Competences: team player, analytical and conceptual thinker, methodical worker
