You'll effectively manage business critical information for our client, supporting requests to create, manage and distribute business information – often operating to tight deadlines in line with established and stringent work flow processes and systems.
As a Mail & Printroom operative you will play a key role in providing an excellent service and meeting our customers’ requirements. You'll be based at one of our client sites in Central London which involves working as part of a highly skilled team and dealing with a high volume of documents, using the latest Mail and Reprographics technology.
The role of Document & Information Services Operative is often varied and challenging, but as a highly motivated individual you are able to work effectively and flexibly within a team, and/or off your own initiative to ensure that customer’s requests are progressed with the defined ( Service Level Agreement) SLA.

Providing excellent customer service you'll liaise with both internal and external customers and stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure that customer requests are achieved. Ensuring that work requests are processed efficiently, effectively, and are primarily compliant with the agreed business operating standards. You will be following established guidelines and procedures for receiving, producing, and documenting customer documents for processing based on the customers’ requirements.
Perform general administration and adhoc duties as requested by the Team Leader.
