Working in the Application Support Team

The Application Support team sits within Customer Support, the hub of Adjuno’s client centric software support. Application Support and Customer Support Analysts work together in virtual rotating teams with ownership of specific support areas.

This role sits within a team that is critical to business success, who are bringing into focus pro-active customer engagement in addition to traditional reactive support.

What you will be doing

You will be analysing and troubleshooting 1st and 2nd line incidents raised internally and directly by customer support teams, scheduling and completing configuration requests, which will include setting up and maintaining new applications and interfaces and deploying new application fixes and enhancements. Communication is key to this role as you will be communicating frequently with internal and external stakeholders, so the ability to relay complex information simply is fundamental to the role.

This role is suitable for a recent graduate.

What you will need to be successful

  • Dynamic approach to problem solving.
  • Good communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • An understanding and interest in new Technologies.
