JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Inside Sales Representative/Executive or Enterprise Sales Development Rep aspiring to become move into Field Sales and work for a leading organisation in an explosive industry? If the answer is yes, then this is the perfect role for you.

The Enterprise Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in the overall pipeline engine. You will be working in a designated Sales POD with the goal of targeting a list of strategic Enterprise accounts. This will be a mix of outbound calling, campaign creation as well as being the first point of contact for all inbound leads generated by the marketing team for the target accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Enterprise Business Development Representative will:

  • Develop new opportunities, help manage pipeline and create and execute account strategies
  • Achieve maximum sales results through prospecting, networking and solution- based selling mainly over the phone
  • Be passionate about creating value for your customers and have the courage to ask the right questions critical to your customer’s success
  • Identify the right decision makers and influencers and nurture long term relationship with clients
  • Understand AA’s products inside-out and creatively apply the right ones to client situation and requirements
  • Truly believe in the benefits of RPA and other Intelligent Automation solutions and have a high level of commitment to deliver on your goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 + years of proven phone-based sales experience in a B2B environment selling technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and use of that knowledge to sell to prospects.
  • Creative and assertive communication skills.
  • Open to feedback and development.
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified timeframes.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Competitive mindset and eagerness to win
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
