Introduction
Events are a crucial part of the ASML communication strategy. Instead of talking about our products or services, we want our visitors to experience how interesting and appealing we are as an employer. The main target audiences are students, employees, management, pupils and professionals. Every year we organize over 450 events on and off campus. You will be a team member of the ASML Event Desk, a sub department of ASML Communications. Your main responsibility will be organizing and hosting events like a Excursion Days, All Employee Meeting, Business Course, Family Visits and recruitment events. The overall goal is to secure that all internal and external events are executed in a way that all visitors have an outstanding ASML experience. This experience will contribute to a reputation of an innovative, solid and responsible company and employer.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in event management or communication and working experience in Event Organization.
Experience
Up to 5 years of relevant working experience. Knows how to set up, organize and execute events. Experienced in both small as well as large events.

You will be part of our Labor Market Communications (LMC) department and will report to the LMC Manager.
Other information
This is a full-time position for 40 hours.
Working between 32 - 40 hours would be negotiable as well, but 32 hours would be the minimum.
