Clinique National Accounts Assistant

Description
NEW LAUNCH PROCESS (30%)
o Set up new launch matrices across all new product launches in accordance with marketing calendar
o Cut back matrices for short-shipped events and run order forms for all new launch events, as necessary
o Manage the Boots new launch process in conjunction with Boots National Account Manager
o Compile all necessary retailer-specific new line forms and send in timely manner
o Regular follow-up on Independents and retailer groups for new launch orders
o Liaise with Events Coordinator and Supply team on releasing events and requested delivery dates; communicate to retailers and field as necessary
o Follow-up on operational issues / delays as highlighted in Weekly and Monthly Ops meetings with relevant departments
o Use SAP for stock management and reporting
o Check event console regularly to ensure new launches set up properly
o Check stock availability as required and communicate excess/uplift orders, if available
SALES ANALYST SUPPORT (35%)
o Update the wholesale tracker daily and work with National Account Managers (NAMs) to check order values and use relevant systems to see open and invoiced orders
o Communicate gross changes, and any predicted discrepancies to key stakeholders
o Update and distribute any relevant trackers (e.g., Gift with Purchase results)
o Issue weekly Retail Sales reports when necessary
o Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management
o Update key reports inclusive of Month-End pack, NY reporting requests, month-end commentary, Latest Estimate roll-ups, CPS sheets etc.
o Attend Category Meetings with marketing to include in key reporting
o Manage ad-hoc requests from various key brand stakeholders and senior management
NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (15%)
o Resolve day-to-day stock queries and run regular order downloads on SAP
o Work with National Accounts Analyst to look after retailers when the account managers are out of the business
o Communicate to the field and counter team on Workplace where necessary and help NAMs respond to specific queries
o Collaborate with NAM’s to ensure promotional calendar is kept up-to-date, and shared with wider Brand team
o Focus on the support of accelerating Pure Play & Online business, as necessary
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (20%):
