In this management development program, you’ll gain the skills needed to be a leader in our consumer businesses. You’ll learn about our products, services and customers by working on meaningful, innovative projects that support our strategies and priorities. What we offer
We’ve designed this 10-week program for you to contribute to innovative projects while gaining deep insight into the Consumer & Community Banking business. You’ll have the opportunity to build and execute new product features, perform P&L forecasting, execute customer engagement strategies and provide recommendations on how to manage risk effectively.
You may be developing new product features, implementing profitability strategies, building campaigns to increase customer loyalty or developing risk-based models. Your variety of experiences will help shape our business as you become a general manager.
Our robust development curriculum includes training sessions on leadership, management and technical skills. You’ll gain exposure to senior leaders while being supported by your peers. You’ll also benefit from career coaching and regular evaluations to ensure you’re on the right track.
High performing summer Associates may receive full-time job offers from the firm.
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for leaders with highly developed critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. Our leaders are results oriented and have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Adaptability is key since you’ll be working in different team environments with varying management styles.
Key skills
You’ll need clear communications skills and the ability to synthesize information, present it to groups and craft clear messages for decision makers. Our teams need a diversity of thought to be successful, so we’re looking for people with different backgrounds, skills and experiences.
