DESCRIPTION

Castle Trust is an investment firm providing specialist lending services with a simple mission: to help customers achieve their financial goals. We understand that our actions affect the real economy whether it is:

  • providing competitive options for people’s savings;
  • helping to alleviate the UK’s housing crisis by financing the building of new homes;

We are seeking an Asset Management Associate to deliver a first class service that both contributes to the overall performance of the business, whilst meeting all best practice and regulatory requirements. This is a key role within the property team to manage arrears on existing mortgage and loan accounts and will involve calling customers to discuss, issuing letters and monitoring responses. We're looking for someone to deliver outstanding customer service, in line with the agreed arrears and repossessions policy and collections procedures ensuring that a compliant environment is always maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent attention to detail and letter writing skills
  • Arrears and or recoveries experience, within a financial services environment

  • Experience of maximising personal productivity and exceeding individual performance targets.
  • Experience of analysing data and reporting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
