Are you studying Human Resources management or communication, and are you looking for relevant work experience in a dynamic and international environment?

As Global Rewards intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of 18 rewards professionals, who ensure high quality expertise and support to HEINEKEN’s top executives, and to our international assignees and our OpCos all over the world.  In this role, you will:

-      Edit and produce short videos to explain Rewards policy and practices

-      Help us to review how our department communicates with colleagues within the HEINEKEN organization, and to further professionalise how we share Rewards information via different media

Your profile

For this role we are looking for someone who is majoring in HR or communication.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong interest in technology.
