PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Agency – the internal creative department at Rituals – is looking for a full-time Team Lead Graphic Designer (print), eager to become part of this fantastic team. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for design and visual communication, one in possession of strong conceptual and designer skills.

As Team Lead Graphic Designer (print), you will be responsible for the design and creation of visual elements that mirror the values and ambitions of our company, in support of all other departments, both worldwide and locally. You will be creating mood boards, logos, illustrations, internal documents, etc. In addition, you will help and supports the creatives for press packages and advertisements.
In addition to your tasks as Graphic Designer, as Team Lead you will also be in charge of and responsible for a team of four, consisting of graphic designers and DTP specialists. You are an effective and constant link between the Creative Director, the Agency’s Traffic Specialist, your team and other departments.
