What will you be doing?

• Effectively coordinate senior executives diaries and liaise with external and internal contacts to schedule and confirm meeting details including room bookings, directions, confirmation of attendance, setting/requiring agendas and other supporting materials/documentation
• Produce presentations or other required documentation following instruction from senior executives
• Undertake any projects / continuous improvement initiatives as required
• Organise and manage special one-off events and other team activities

What are we looking for?

• A highly organised Executive Assistant who is able to prioritise workload efficiently
• Good verbal and written communication with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience of taking meeting minutes and distributing to a senior audience
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or technology subject, or equivalent work experience
