Job Summary: The Sr. Marketing Manager, EMEA, is responsible for leading regional wholesale marketing planning and activation leveraging global scalable marketing platforms; and tailoring to local wholesale partners to improve wholesale engagement and drive sales. Responsible for managing regional co-op budget with strategic key account investments to help sell-in and sell-through.
Job Duties:
- Provides guidance to Sr. Marketing Director on wholesale marketing strategic priorities
- Establishes prioritized list of key wholesale partners with regional merchandising and sales teams, and country marketing and sales teams
- Develops co-op budgets and key account marketing investments in co-operation with country marketing and sales teams to help sell-in and boost sell-through
- Identifies key account partners for channel program, media, PR, and Social integration
- Responsible for the creation of regional wholesale marketing calendar for the EMEA region
- Supports country wholesale marketing and sales in Preview, Sell-in and Sales meetings
- Provides guidance and support for country wholesale marketing activation
- Manages wholesale marketing programs, POS and production for direct markets
- Responsible for the brand experience in the wholesale environment
- Responsible for the organization of seasonal sales meeting events in Europe in co-operation with the sales team
- Responsible for the organization of Pan-European trade shows in co-operation with the sales and merchandising teams.
- Provides marketing tools for the local trade shows and sell-in days
- Manages the team responsible for the distributor marketing support in EMEA region
- Measures and optimizes activation and communicates to key stakeholders
SUPPORT OF CROCS MARKETING GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
- Develops effective wholesale partner support marketing programs to improve engagement and drive sales
- Integrates global scalable marketing platforms into wholesale partners and tailors to local needs as necessary
- Places emphasis on effective digital marketing activation with wholesale partners
- Experience from retail marketing is a plus
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
