Channel Management Responsibilities

A Channel Management Executive’s role is to maintain and develop processes in the daily running of Multiple Platform operations.

Position Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Growing supply of homes on multiple platforms

  • Maintain the process of listings being built, approved, pushed to platforms and reviewed
  • Ensure listings with availability are bookable on platforms, and ensure availability is correct
  • Quality control check listings as they are pushed to platforms

2. Increasing non-Airbnb booking revenue

  • Improve the performance of properties with low occupancy on multiple platforms
  • Monitor and reduce rate of cancellations; ensure cancellations are being completed correctly, find reasons behind cancellations and reduce need for them

3. Maintaining host and guest satisfaction

  • Manage ad hoc customer requests or enquiries
  • Categorising host and guest feedback for product improvement

4. Improving Channels function

  • Document processes to share with colleagues globally
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to improve processes that impact many stakeholders
