Drawing on a passion for data analysis and data storytelling, the Workday Reporting Analyst will work under the direction of the Lead, People Analytics Specialist and in close partnership with the Workday Experience Lead and team.

  • Understand and assess the feasibility of requests for reporting expressed by stakeholders (global HR SMEs, divisional and regional HR teams, Local Workday Support Teams), check if these requirement remais specific or can be scaled to all regions/divisions and delve into the requirements as needed
  • Based on the analysis of the requirements, create appropriate reports in Workday, test them with relevant stakeholders and move them to the production tenant – in line with the agreed deadlines and security standards. In case security is impacted by the creation or update of a report, get the validation of the Workday Experience Lead before moving into action.
  • Participate to the Workday Release sprints to test the impact of the Workday evolution on existing reports and update reports as necessary
  • Seek opportunities to get feedback on existing reports and maintain/update existing reports as needed
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Contribute to the Analysis and improvement report performance within Workday
  • Create and update any needed technical documentation in relation with the reporting activities to ensure full traceability of the why and the what is created as well as compliance with internal audit requirements.
  • Keep all the pedagogical documents about reports in Workday updated and contribute to the education approach of stakeholders to enhance adoption of Workday reports and dashboards
