Overall Job Summary

We have an opportunity for an Account Executive who has a passion for brands, producing marketing content and campaign implementation.

You will have rounded experience in a similar role and/or business and will have working knowledge on production agencies. Experience with media asset creation and adaptation is a plus.

Your role will support the AM’s and AD on a range of clients, focusing on content adaptation, project management, asset management, deliveries, reporting and administration. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in this area and learn new skillsets for personal career development.

You will need to show initiative as well as a desire and enthusiasm to manage projects and improve standards on how we service our clients. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mentality will be some of your strengths. As well as being a proactive organizer, clear and professional communicator and someone who has the ability to work well within a team as well as the resourcefulness to work individually.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting the management and delivery of email campaigns, print & POS material, digital banners, regulatory comms, DM material
  • Project management administration and ownership for smooth implementation of campaigns
  • Finance support, reporting and tracking data for review and presenting
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring all items out the door are correct to brief before the client sees them
  • General support for Client Services team (estimating, internal system maintenance, project plans and billing).
  • Working with internal and external studio resource as well as client communications
  • Review and monitor competitor brands in similar communities.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Strong interest in advertising and the different media types used
  • Enthusiastic personality with a keenness to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects forward at once, making sure all aspects are captured correctly and efficiently
  • Numeracy proficiency with financial budgeting, costing, quoting and charging experience
