Overall Job Summary

This role is working onsite with our Client, a leading retailer, providing support to the Account Management team. Ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of the team and client.

Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship building with Account Management team in Manchester
  • Liaising with Manchester AE’s and repro house contacts to chase down all cutters and copy
  • Chasing all work due for PAM meetings and ensuring delivery day before the meeting
  • Printing out all PAM files in time for PAM meetings
  • Being on hand to give key status updates as and when required
  • Typing minutes of updates meetings as required.
  • Assist in the delivery of work to client deadlines (timely and professionally).
  • Communicating project requirements to all areas of the business.
  • Attending Status Meetings to facilitate Project Management.
  • Assist with Project Management of Design, Photography, Artwork, Repro and Print
  • Monitoring and moving artwork/ repro on client systems as required.
  • Using internal project management systems to ensure status of each project can be monitored.
  • Ad hoc tasks and administrative tasks to assist Account Team as required.
  • Helping colleagues on other projects, work as a team
  • Updating internal project management systems and trackers.
  • Uploading steps to client workflow systems as required including: Quotes, Photography, design invoices, concepts, artworks and zip files.
  • Monitoring inboxes and chasing Account Team for updates.
  • Support Account Management team at Equator office
  • Shopping missions for products when required.
  • Ad hoc tasks to assist Management Team as required
  • Cover for absence of colleagues.
  • Required to attend meetings at Equator office in Manchester, may require overnight stays

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience in packaging and retail businesses preferred but not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-active attitude to work
  • Confident manner
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional conduct at all times.
  • Self motivated
  • Team Player
  • Willingness to work longer hours where required to meet deadlines
