Overall Job Summary

To support the Production Account Management team deliver own brand launches from design handover to file to print. Provide other Adminstrative support tasks for the Studio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Running 2 daily reports for team to help track status of each sku and to help
  • Keeping track of the daily priority report from on-site colleagues to help manage status
  • Managing a tracker to assist PAD in training requirement and cost control
  • Supporting the team to raise jobs on Equator MIS system and booking into Studio system
  • Supporting the team to download assets/instructions from Client workflow system and uploading finished work
  • Maintaining specific workflows on Client system
  • Release of files to printers using on-line system and managing of any issues
  • Managing the post for the team including keeping a tracker
  • Management of proof log and delivery of proofs to client
  • Assist team in costing and invoicing
  • Printer Management – managing supplies for the 3 Studio Printers, ordering
  • Reception cover (lunchtimes and other ad hoc requirements) on a rota basis with other Admin support colleagues
  • Support any additional ad hoc requests for admin from the PAM team and wider Studio Team

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Comprehensive experience in admin
  • College educated
