Information about the role – Pastoral Mentor:

• Pastoral Mentor
• Working alongside committed and experienced SEN department
• Offering 1:1 support to students with additional behavioural needs
• Opportunity to utilise subject knowledge in outstanding secondary school
• Paid £350 – £450 per week, term time only as Pastoral Mentor
• Secondary school – September 2019 start – Full academic year

Requirements for the role – Pastoral Mentor:

• Minimum 2:1 Psychology degree
• Strong academic background
• Passionate about supporting students with additional behavioural needs
• Dedicated to providing exceptional academic and emotional support
• Experience working with young people ideal
• Supportive and caring attitude
• Ability to plan and conduct 1:1 academic and emotional support sessions
