The role of Executive Assistant is part of the GTRF team and reports into the Global Head of Services in GTRF.
The role of the Executive Assistant (EA) is to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Executive Manager, assisting in the provision of complex diary management, travel co-ordination and administration of a high volume of emails & paperwork ensuring deadlines are met. The Executive Assistant completes operational and administrative duties, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established internal standards.
The EA handles daily calls and inquiries of the Senior Executive Manager and responds independently to routine issues and questions. This role serves as a liaison with others within and outside the company handling activities such as event planning, travel arrangements and project follow up.
