In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Google Customer Solutions Sales Managers, team Leads and Sales Representatives, working to help Google’s advertisers grow.
  • Use coaching as a pervasive and strategic tool to develop team skills and delivery of business results.
  • Ensure your team is always up to date with digital marketing advancements. Develop and implement strategies for success in Mid-Market outreach.
  • Structure your business and make critical decisions on how we Go-to-Market. Take ownership for delivery of goals for your market and area, driving sales performance to work towards business growth.
  • Collaborate across Central European, EMEA and Global teams to both learn and share best practice, and drive broad-based success.
