About the job
Google wants to reward employees in meaningful ways, and our stock programs are an important part of doing this. The Global Equity Management team oversees all of Alphabet Inc.’s global stock programs to help employees make the most of their equity compensation.
You'll provide stock plan analysis and drive changes in our program by finding best practices and ensuring legal compliance. You'll partner with Legal and Tax (e.g., to ensure ongoing compliance), People Operations and Mobility (e.g., on plan design) and Finance (e.g., on internal and external reporting). You're able to help those who are unfamiliar with stock awards navigate our stock program using clear communications and training resources.
As a Global Equity Compliance Analyst, you'll help administer Alphabet’s stock plan programs. You're an adaptable performer who will be a key contributor in a fast-paced environment.
You'll implement tax compliance programs and design enhanced audit processes. You'll have a track record of working with/for global, high-tech companies in a rapidly-evolving environment.
You're a quick learner with the desire to perform well in all areas of work.
The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Though Google has grown a lot since it opened in 1998, we still maintain a small company feel. At lunchtime, almost everyone eats in the office café, sitting at whatever table has an opening and enjoying conversations with Googlers from different teams. Our commitment to innovation depends on everyone being comfortable sharing ideas and opinions. Every employee is a hands-on contributor, and everyone wears several hats. Because we believe that each Googler is an equally important part of our success, no one hesitates to pose questions directly to anyone, at any level, in the company.
