About this opportunity
The Cambridge office specialises in high quality projects with a focus in the following sectors: Higher Education (including projects for the University of Cambridge and it`s Colleges, Hi-tech, pharmaceutical, science and research projects on the science and business parks of the "Cambridge Cluster Arts and Heritage projects throughout East Anglia and farther afield.
Recently we have secured exciting projects with award winning architects and internationally recognised clients, and we require additional graduates to support on these and other projects. Supporting our senior management team on all aspects of the cost management service on our projects, including; preparation of estimates, general commercial and procurement advice, preparation of tender documentation, tender analysis, and post contract cost management. Support will be provided by Gleeds to prepare you to take more responsibility on projects as your career progresses.
All graduates will be enrolled on our Graduate Training Programme and supported to attain RICS chartered status. We have an industry leading APC programme with a high pass rate, in house and technical training will also be provided.
