Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing or consulting.
  • Ability to speak and write in Arabic and English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with industry specific qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to develop strategic narratives, thought leadership skills and industry specific expertise.

As an Account Manager, you will be on the frontline of Google’s customer-facing teams and will be responsible for a portfolio of businesses. Your time will be spent developing customers, providing them with commercial growth solutions that make the most of Google’s advertising products. In order to be successful in your role, you will orchestrate the efforts of our specialist and technical teams. You’ll also bring your industry knowledge, product expertise and sales skills to help your customers succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to work towards mutually beneficial objectives and develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that impact their growth.
  • Understand what drives customers' business and provide strategic advice to help them grow.
  • Be a trusted advisor and build customer relationships in-person, over the phone and via video conference.
  • Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, finding opportunities for growth and managing risks.
  • Develop Google's solutions within the context of a broader marketing strategy while remaining curious about customer and industry news. Act as the customer’s voice internally at Google and ensure that resources are used fairly to address critical opportunities.
