Last year, we made serious steps in our Learning and Development strategy. We put a strategy in place which leads to an excellent learning journey for our employees, implemented a new learning management system and created several training programs for our people. Are you ready to take the next step with us?


  • In charge of the talent management strategy. 
  • Hosting talent plotting (9 Grid Model) with the business. 
  • Further develop our Young Talent Program.
  • Hosting (future) Leadership Bootcamps with the business.
  • Owning the learning management system and make sure the system is adapted well by the business.
  • Create learning & development content and activate important business stakeholders to do the same.
  • Further develop our (global) onboarding program for new employees.
  • Continuous improvement and attention on learning & development.
  • Manage and advise key stakeholders from the business when it comes to learning & development needs. 


  • Obtained a Master Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Learning & Development experience in a Learning Specialist, HR Consultant, Talent Manager, Learning & Development Manager role. Preferably in a scale-up organization in SaaS/Tech/IT. 
  • You have experience with building and designing a Learning & Development program. 
  • Very structured, well organized, able to see the full picture and a keen eye for detail. You are analytical and able to connect with the business. 
  • The right balance between strategic and operational skills. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and have a long- and short-term vision for the team. 
  • Energized and fun to work with. 
  • (Near) native Dutch language skills and good English language skills are required.
