Would you like the opportunity to have flexible, part time working hours and get out and about in your community meeting and talking to different people every day, if so we want to hear from you?

Kantar is the UK’s market leader in field-based market research you now have the opportunity to join a team in your area.

We are looking for people who would describe themselves as professional, with good communication skills and like working to targets. Your role will involve making your way to predefined areas to encourage members of the public to take part in vital research on behalf of our clients. There is no selling involved and given the nature of the job we do rely on the goodwill of the public.

The field market research we conduct is important and shapes the country we live in, so it is vital that we speak to as many people in a target area as possible. This will mean knocking on doors and you would be working alone so self-motivation and an interest in research is important. That said you will have regular contact with your regional teams including meetings, catch ups and coffee morning per hours.

Flexible hours are available over afternoons, evenings, and weekends to complete each assignment. We require a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week plus two hours travel time. After the initial 6 weeks you can choose when to work these hours whilst achieving the target. Although this is a part time role you may have the opportunity to work additional hours depending on available projects.

We will provide you with comprehensive training to fully equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed followed by a robust 12-week support plan and thereafter continued mentoring with your local team.

You will need self-motivation to achieve set targets, a people person that enjoys contact with different people every day and working as part of a successful and dedicated team.

Benefits

Hourly rate circa £ 9.00 to £11.44 an hour, can earn up to £90 a day depending on location to include an additonal12.1% holiday pay, paid travel expenses.
