NKF Global Corporate Services (GCS) provides a comprehensive suite of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Services with beginning-to-end solutions to enterprise clients around the globe. The GCS CRE Services team works to align real estate, facilities, workplace and operational strategies with overarching enterprise objectives. (

Job Purpose:

The Team Assistant is responsible for providing the Global Corporate Services team with efficient and effective administration support. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Event, conference and internal team meeting coordination and organisation
  • Produce and finesse company documents and presentations
  • Administration support for bids
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and spreadsheets
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholders queries
  • Team travel and expense management
  • Diary and office management
  • Assisting in new and exciting projects as assigned
  • Carry out any other reasonable management requests (eg. Electronic filing, invoicing, scanning and general office duties)

Skills, Education and Experience:

Essential:

  • A brilliant and collaborative team player
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Marketing experience desirable
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage complexity
  • Secondary education or equivalent; college degree preferred
