We have opportunities for students to gain two weeks of publishing experience within our Picture Research department over the coming months.
We are looking for those with an interest in illustrated book publishing, who are currently studying History of Art or Ancient History and who are looking for experience in a major international publishing house. Students will gain experience of how the visual content of illustrated books is researched. They will also gain valuable insight into the publishing industry and advice on how to develop their careers within the industry will also be provided. It would particularly appeal to those who are highly visually literate, with an interest in cataloguing and archiving and who are meticulous and self-motivated.
These opportunities will last a maximum of two weeks and we will reimburse reasonable travel expenses.
