This is an exciting opportunity to join the British Airways Ancillary Product Development Team, within Revenue Management , in an established role, responsible for leading the development strategy for our ancillary products. Examples of our current product range includes Seating, Excess Baggage, Upgrades, Change Fees, Pre-paid meals, Wifi, Holiday Insurance and Parking .
You will be responsible for developing innovative product strategies that enhance the customer journey and drive successful and sustained revenue growth The role will also support the development of ancillary bundling and innovative fare product development.
By paying close attention to competitor products, customer insight and industry trends, you will ensure we have a compelling product range.
You’ll get to work with a wide range of other internal departments from Operations to Marketing, as you investigate opportunities for exciting new products and enhancements.
We are looking for an innovative, creative, strategic thinker, with great commercial acumen, stakeholder management and team working skills. The role will require a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and developing creative strategy to drive revenue growth.
Your excellent communication skills will ensure stakeholders across the business are engaged with your strategies and initiatives. Setting commercial direction and balancing the needs of the business against customer experience will pose no issues.
