For our sales team based at our HQ in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative who will take care of the Dutch Market. You will be responsible for direct sales in order to meet sales quota, create new business opportunities and nurture existing customers and partners. Represent EVBox in the market segment according to company standards. You will report directly to Partner Manager Distribution.

Your daily activities will consist of:

Sales:

  • Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Respond to and follow up sales and information enquiries by email/post, telephone, and personal visits
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties Keep knowledge up-to-date

Business development:

  • Focus on developing new customers and new initiatives for existing customers
  • Create appropriate propositions based on sales- and acquisition plans
  • Anticipate on market developments from a commercial point of view Participate in creating successful implementation plans of new business initiatives and grandfather them in the sales processes

Requirements

Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master level
  • Circa 2-3 years experience in sales
  • Experience with sales CRM Experience in short sales cycles

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the customer purchase behaviour

Skills:

  • Affinity with technology
  • Commercial mindset
  • Sales skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Affinity with sustainable, green tech work environments
