NGTI is a software development company owned by Swisscom. We develop mobile and web applications mainly for Swisscom and its partners. Even though we have gained the reputation of being a highly innovative and a reliable partner we would like to increase our reach and brand awareness at our largest client Swisscom and externally in new markets. Therefore, we are looking for a German speaking Marketing / Business Development Manager with experience in a Software Development company.

Tasks

Within todays’ situation

  • Build your own customer portfolio in the Netherlands
  • Work closely with the Product Owners and developers to provide relevant input from the market to generate new products and new sales leads and opportunities;
  • Cold calling to potential clients, building and maintaining a relevant network in the Netherlands
  • Develop and maintain the sales pipeline from Swisscom
  • Create a Market Analysis and Business Plan by leveraging of our Swiss success to enter the Dutch market
  • Develop and execute highly effective and impactful collaborations, marketing actions, campaigns and sales tools that result in sustainable business growth;
  • Take responsibility for Marketing within NGTI, using a variety of media: internet and intranet, internal/external communications including newsletters, blogs and social media, brand assets and promotional material.
  • Brief and manage creative agencies and other third-party suppliers. You will be comfortable working with agencies and bring your own network of proven and trusted suppliers.
  • Develop, implement and organize external events for NGTI. This includes arranging presence at external conferences, organizing meetups, participate in panels and deliver speeches

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience, of which 3+ in Sales, Business Development or Lead Generation in a software environment
  • Experience in software company, software project environment
  • You are a sales tiger with an exceptional drive to reach something extraordinary in your life
  • A strong motivation to prove yourself and constantly searching for success
  • You are self-confident and able to handle different stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in associated field.
  • Fluent level of Dutch and English, German is a pre
  • Very independent worker with a lot of ideas and self-starting
  • You will partly work in Rotterdam and partly within Swisscom in Zürich within the Digital Business Unit. In this unit all the start-ups are initiated.
