Are you passionate about bringing Diversity & Inclusion into the workplace? We are looking for an Intern to join our HR team and take an active role in designing and implementing our Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

Our global HR team provides operational and strategic internal services to the company, focused on business partnerships, strategically leveraged HR services, innovative talent program design and implementation, and design and maintenance of work culture that support and inspire our innovative technology business.

That’s why Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) has landed on our corporate strategy roadmap for the year. We would like to foster a company culture where diverse ideas and people of various backgrounds feel both welcome and celebrated. We are looking for an intern who will bring both passion and knowledge around the topic of Diversity & Inclusion and an eagerness to support this initiative.

What you will be learning:

  • How to bring your theoretical knowledge of D&I to life with practical application in a corporate setting
  • How to leverage your professional communication skills in a global medium-sized company
  • How to manage and execute a multi-faceted program

What you will be working on:

  • Design and delivery of market intelligence in the area of D&I in order to gather insights and identify latest trends in the field
  • Craft messaging (in partnership with Corporate Communications) to promote our evolving culture of inclusion and spark interest in D&I initiatives and programs
  • Develop measures to assess and provide data around the success of key D&I programs
  • Provide project management support (i.e. scheduling and facilitating meetings and managing project timelines)
  • Support in the creation of presentation materials for key project stakeholders, and the Learning & Development team with the creation of D&I training material
  • Support the Learning & Development team in recommending and booking conferences and training that support our D&I strategy

What we ask of you:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree program, preferably with an HR and/or D&I focus (e.g. Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Diversity & Inclusion, or Gender Studies)
  • You are available for a 6-internship starting ASAP
  • Passion for Diversity & Inclusion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Strong organization skills – you like to take a structured approach to projects (project management experience is a plus)
  • An analytical mind – you enjoy applying your quantitative skills to analyze data and draw insights
  • An eagerness to work with various stakeholders on a variety of tasks and projects – you feel comfortable interacting with senior-level project sponsors and multiple business teams to gather support for the D&I initiatives
  • You hold yourself and others accountable for performance
  • You’re a team player with a positive attitude, lots of initiative and curiosity
