We have an exciting opportunity for a full time IT Support Engineer to join Avenues Group at our Head Office in Sidcup.

Reporting to one of our highly skilled in house IT Engineers you will provide support in the day to day running of IT Support at Head Office and the rest of the organisation including service visits when necessary.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00

The role includes:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of IT support, administration, new equipment provisioning, such as IPADs, desktop, laptop and phones.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely fashion and users are kept informed of task progress and completion.
  • Ensuring starters, leavers and movers are regularly checked to ensure IT governance and systems are up-to-date and reported upon.
  • Assisting with other IT projects and administration as directed.

  • Problem solving skills
  • A strong customer focus
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Attention to detail.
  • Own car essential, as service visits will also be required. Mileage will be paid according to standard rates.

Our pay is £23,000 per annum + benefits.
