The Role:

Reporting to the ASOS Studios Operations Lead to carry out and be responsible for all PR raising for ASOS Studios in Microsoft Dynamics. You will work to build a strong relationship with the Operations Accounts Coordinator and key financial stakeholders in the department to understand and deliver their financial needs to facilitate payment of suppliers.

What you'll be doing...

  • Working with the Operations Accounts Coordinator  to extract all booking information for models and freelancers from the relevant booking systems daily, weekly, monthly, flagging issues where required
  • Amend and receipt Purchase Orders on a daily basis
  • Complete the set-up of new suppliers across the department
  • Maintaining and updating expenditure trackers
  • Resolving queries and offering solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Communicating Purchase Order details and managing financial relationships with suppliers
  • Providing accurate month end figures and working with the Operations Accounts Coordinator to help identify the cause of any inconsistencies
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the department to deliver solutions to payments

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, In Design and in the general day to day running of a PC and/or MAC
