We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the ASOS Talent team to help to source and identify the best talent within our Retail and Studios teams. You'll have the opportunity to partner with areas such as Merchandising, Garment Technology, Sourcing, Design and Studios and manage the end to end recruitment process for a variety of roles, at all levels. We're looking for an organised, pro-active Recruiter with experience working in a very fast, high growth environment who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

You will be responsible for:

• Recruiting for a variety of roles across several areas of Retail & Studios, including Merchandising, Garment Technology, Sourcing, Design and Studios

• Partner with hiring managers to best provide guidance and collaboration on how to best hire and engage with talent for ASOS

• Gain in-depth understanding of the various business functions and provide proactive solutions to ensure hiring goals and deadlines are met

• Working as part of a team to deliver the best recruitment experience for ASOS and candidates

• Recommend and drive process and interview enhancements that impact recruitment effectiveness

• Utilising and developing external channels to maintain high direct sourcing success, as well as creating a talent map to ensure that we are engaging with future talent for ASOS

• Managing end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline

• Maintaining the recruitment tracker in conjunction with the People Experience and Finance team; recording all recruitment costs, headcount approvals, replacements, etc.

• Producing regular management information/reporting key recruitment statistics

• Deliver emerging talent programmes including multiple intern, graduate and apprenticeship schemes for your business areas

• Manage ad-hoc recruitment projects surrounding specific talent needs for the business

About you:

• Proven recruitment experience from either an external or in-house background - experience within Merchandising, Garment Technology, Sourcing, Design or Studios is desirable

• Experience in a fast paced business and the ability to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight time frames

• Proven success in using direct sourcing methods

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and be able to build strong relationships across the business.

• Strong attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and flexible and adaptable to change

• Strong team player and collaborative approach – happy to ‘get stuck in’ as needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business

• Self Starter ability to solve problems and think creatively

• Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be an advantage
