Clifford Chance's Litigation & Dispute Resolution ("L&DR") practice is recognised as market leading and works with many of the world's pre-eminent financial institutions and multinational corporations. The purpose of this role is to lead on the client & market development of the Global Arbitration practice strategy as well support on the C&MD for the London L&DR practice area.
This is a hands-on, proactive and strategically important position to support the co-heads of the Global International Arbitration Practice, who are based in London and Paris, and partners and lawyers across the global group. As part of the C&MD team supporting the L&DR practice, the individual will work with the Global International Arbitration group, providing the full range of business development ("BD") services. The role will act as an interface between product group lawyers and the wider C&MD team to facilitate the flow of information, the identification of cross-selling opportunities and delivery of BD initiatives.
