WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Speaking for accessibility and inclusive digital design at ASOS
  • Working with the existing accessibility champions to define best practice in this area
  • Liaising with key senior stakeholders to understand ASOS objectives and promote an inclusive design agenda
  • Engaging with external communities and groups to bring best practice into ASOS
  • Setting up research sessions and user testing sessions to explore our prototypes and live design from an inclusive design perspective
  • Helping define the practice for developers to audit and improve their own work
  • Running workshops for both the UXUI team and developers to identify and solve accessibility issues around their deliverables
  • Understanding all new access technologies in common use and bringing other ASOSers up to speed
  • Helping define accessibility guidelines for new areas including AR, interactive videos and voice.

ABOUT YOU

  • Preferably digital eCommerce experience, and preferably with a portion of that in-house
  • A suitable graduate or post-graduate qualification
  • An excellent portfolio of inclusive research and design practice
  • Able to inspire colleagues and the wider business with working practices or ideas
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of producing data mappings from source to target (Nice to have)
