What You'll Be Doing

Help the UX team deliver the best research in the business

•Integrate incredibly well with the analytics, MVT, and brand insight teams

•Quality control all research - both qualitative and quantitative

•Introduce new methods that will be useful to ASOS

•Know when a research project can take time and when a quick but powerful delivery is preferable

•Ensure our reports are convincing, our summaries are captivating, and our videos are as high a standard as the fashion videos that ASOS produce

•Design our systems for international / translated research

•Take ownership of our research partner contracts and relationships

•Oversee the administration of our research activities and use of budget

•Run / manage training programmes to develop team’s qual and quant abilities

•Defining best practice with our common tools: Silverback, Morae, OBS, Crazy Egg, Excel, Optimal Workshops, Usertesting.com, more

About You

• Digital eCommerce Experience, preferably with a portion of that in-house

•A suitable graduate or post – graduate qualification

• A world - class portfolio of research practice across the spectrum of design

•Proven experience in linking different workstreams and driving them forward in unison

•Able to inspire colleagues and the wider business with working practices or ideas

•Hold yourself accountable for deliveries between multiple people

•Excellent stakeholder management, including relevant Heads of/Directors

•Able to mentor or manage senior practitioners
