General Description

You will be working from our HQ in Rotterdam - in an awesome scale-up environment. You will be part of a young and dynamic team of 30 Magneteers who work hard every day to disrupt an industry. We are offering a unique opportunity to be part of our adventurous journey and an internationally operating tech scale-up. In this environment, you will gain valuable experience in several fields and help build something that lasts.

Job specific responsibilities / tasks

Business Development Management

  • In this capacity, you’re the main contact person for our key clients in the UK, focusing on relationship-building and providing proactive consult
  • You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue objectives.
  • Travel between Rotterdam and the UK from time to time

Requirements

  • Loves to take ownership
  • Commercial experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English (in speech and writing)
  • Preferably Fluent in Dutch (in speech and writing)

We value analytical skills (e.g. logic, reasoning and problem solving) and the ability to identify, assess and use the right information/resources, needed to achieve your goal.  You will work directly with one of our MD’s, so we expect you to communicate and report effectively and understand the (short-term and long-term) business goals.
