We’re looking for a rockstar recruiter with a flair for understanding the tech world to join our team. HR at bloomon

Cosy in size, big on personality. You’d be joining our HR heroes Lieselotte (Head of People), Maud, Kitty (HR officers) and Kelly — the interim recruiter you will take over from — to further grow bloomon and its employer branding. As it’s a small team, we always help each other with HR-related topics — living by one of our company motto’s: we’re better together.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Further defining our recruiting strategy implementing it across all markets. You’re the advisory on all things recruitment
  • Being the contact for all candidates
  • Full-cycle recruitment. From the hiring need until closing with a job offer and making a contract
  • Further developing our employer branding strategy
  • Building and maintaining our talent pool
  • Conducting and connecting with candidates from the first call. Good at understanding the needs of tech candidates and their skill set
  • Looking for ways to optimise our recruitment process
  • Referral and international recruitment (relocation process, keeping contact with the candidate)
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions with our copywriter
  • Coordinate and attend interviews
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners and relevant universities
  • Organising/attending recruitment events and campus activities

Your expertise

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in HR, communications, business or psychology
  • 3-4 years of (tech) recruitment experience at an agency, scale-up or large corporate. At least 1-year of your experience should be in an in-house recruitment role
  • Professional understanding of recruiting structures and processes
  • You are interested in data-driven recruitment and strategic recruitment, including forecasting and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of (creative) talent sourcing tools. To you, LinkedIn has no secrets. You’re an expert at building talent pools
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a talent for reading (tech) CVs
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Experience in employer branding
  • You are up to date with the latest recruitment trends and you’re not afraid of testing new things
  • You’re a real networker and like to be in touch with other recruiters to share knowledge and hear about their successes
  • You’re enthusiastic, a self-starter, and a true bloomon ambassador
