You will play a pivotal role in running an innovative leadership development programme for social work managers. As part of the Firstline team, you will gain key skills in areas including event management, data analysis, project planning, and training and development. You will support the planning and delivery of our July residential in Sheffield, help the team run meetings with new local authorities, collate impact reports on different themes and make recommendations in response to feedback to ensure that the programme is delivered to the highest possible standard.
