Work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and his team on global Long- term and strategic projects. This team is responsible for conducting strategic projects to support Mews’ efforts in alleviating internal and external process pressures and capitalising on strategic opportunities within existing markets. This is an incredible opportunity to get exposure to top level management, conduct long term strategic planning and take ownership of projects from day one.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a highly analytical background who enjoys tackling new challenges, learning by doing and working with data. A creative mindset is a plus. The scope of the role is broad and you will have the opportunity to work on projects that best fit your skills and interests. Knowledge of the industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

Your Mission:

  • Research current markets, monitor competitors and identify key trends impacting Mews and it’s processes
  • Construct, clean and structure raw databases based on the team’s research findings in collaboration with our Commercial project team
  • Work with various Mews teams to solve highly complex problems. Projects include anything from optimising our product offerings in certain regions to researching how to drive further efficiencies within our commercial department
  • Draft proposals with actionable inputs based on research findings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to work independently and present their findings to any internal stakeholders from a CEO to another intern
  • Ability to tackle and deconstruct complex problems
  • Not afraid to leave their comfort zone
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to learn from others.
  • Understanding of company performance and key drivers of growth and revenue.
  • Good mathematical foundations: Statistics, calculus, algebra
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages is a big plus, but not a requirement
