We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer services expert with a strong background in a 5-star corporate or hospitality environment. We are currently looking for a Reception Supervisor to join Portico on one of our largest financial contracts right next to Liverpool Street Station!
As a Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Reception operation and coordinating a team of five Welcome Hosts across a busy ground floor reception and newly refurbished client meeting suite. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest journey for all clients, most notably for the Executive Committee and their visitors.
You will lead by example, getting involved in daily duties alongside the Reception team and consistently review the Reception Services policies and procedures to ensure that it is in line with business needs and designed to deliver service excellence at all times. You will assist the Front of House Manager in coaching and supporting the team in their personal development.You will be an ambassador for Portico and be able to build a strong relationship with the client, making sure their expectations are always met.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a small team, however exceptional and driven welcome hosts and shift leaders looking to progress will be considered. You will also demonstrate an excellent customer-focused manner and a proactive attitude, being able to communicate confidently and engage with people at all levels of the business.
