Role

The main focus of this role will be to support the business with all aspects of HR administration in a timely manner to ensure our requirements are met. A high level of efficiency and organisation will be needed as we are a high volume recruiter for IT graduates. The HR Administrator will have an opportunity to get involved in other HR duties such as recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate administration for all stages throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Create records, update internal systems and ensure files are up-to-date
  • Collate data and produce reports for relevant parties
  • Be a first point of contact for employees to answer their queries
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular system housekeeping
  • Undertake pre-screening checks for new starters
  • Provide information for payroll
  • Conduct inductions
  • Carry out ad hoc duties to support the HR team

Desirable Criteria (not essential)

  • Aspiration to work in Human Resources with CIPD qualification
